PT Nusa Konstruksi Enjiniring, Tbk (NKE) reaffirmed its commitment to continuous human capital development by organizing an Effective Communication training program for its employees. The training was conducted in collaboration with students from the Professional Psychology Program of Universitas Indonesia (UI).

The program aimed to enhance employees’ communication competencies in the workplace, supporting effective collaboration, clear information exchange, and positive working relationships across functions. Participants consisted of employees from various departments within the Company.

The training sessions were facilitated by Professional Psychology students from Universitas Indonesia under academic supervision. Key topics included Active listenig, Giving & Receiving Feedback, Verbal Communication, and Non-Verbal Communication. Effective Communication methods such as group discussions, case studies, and role-play exercises were utilized to encourage active participation.
