Recently, our employees participated in an Innovative Work Behavior Training designed to strengthen their ability to generate ideas, embrace new perspectives, and contribute meaningful improvements in their daily work. Through interactive discussions, collaborative group activities, and presentations, participants explored key aspects of innovative work behavior, including Idea Generation, Idea Championing, and Idea Implementation & Appreciation. These sessions encouraged employees to think creatively, communicate ideas with confidence, and transform innovative concepts into practical actions that create value for the organization.
Beyond developing individual capabilities, the program also reinforced the importance of teamwork, open communication, and a culture that recognizes and supports innovation at every level of the organization.
